The Beauty of Burnaby

My friend, David, moved to British Columbia after spending 40 years in Toronto exceling in an architecture career.       Over the years we communicated and he expressed his love of Vancouver and especially Burnaby.

I was never really sure what he meant.    I visited Vancouver once a year ago and while I loved the beauty of Vancouver Island I didn't have much of an impression of Vancouver itself.

Then today we were chatting online and he decided to share some of his photography of Burnaby and the skylines, the sunrises and the sunsets, the fog, the city and calm  blue light aura of all the scenery from his balcony and looking back at the city from the shorelines.

I was blown away...    and we are sharing some of his photos here.    We hope you enjoy them
